Emily Smith E.Smith@harristottenham.org.uk | Emily is the Head of Primary. Emily was part of the founding team at the Academy, and has established the fantastic Primary provision we have in place. Emily leads on the strategic and operational direction of the Primary phase. |
Kanika Forbes K.Forbes@harristottenham.org.uk | Kanika Forbes is the Principal: Secondary. Kanika leads on the internal organisation, management and control of the Secondary phase. |
Michaela Marshall Deputy Head of Primary M.Marshall@harristottenham.org.uk | Michaela is the Deputy Head for the Primary phase. Michaela works alongside the Head of Primary, to develop our provision. Micheala also has a specific focus on Safeguarding across the Academy. |

Sait Kacar Vice Principal: Behaviour, Rewards and Outcomes S.Kacar@harristottenham.org.uk | Sait is the Vice Principal with responsibility for Behaviour, Rewards and Outcomes. Sait oversees behaviour, rewards, outcomes, year group leadership and CPD, academic interventions and R&R. Year groups: 10 and 11.

Strategic areas: Vocational education, exams, assessments and testing, ICT, GDPR and timetabling. Irfan also has oversight of the Art, Drama and Music departments.
