Catering Information and Useful Links
'The catering service is provided by Innovate IFG, part of the Impact Food Group. Innovate is a well-established and experienced school caterer. The service is provided under contract with Harris Federation.
Our menu has been created after extensive research into student preferences; it is also nutritious and compliant with all government guidelines.
The menu aims to offer more of what students want, including good food that can be eaten on the go as well as themed days to coincide with key dates such as Pancake Day, Burns Night, Diwali, etc.
The catering service includes an offering for breakfast, mid-morning break and lunch.

The academy uses a cashless catering system for the food and drink purchases.

Free school meals
Your child may be entitled to free school meals. Even if your child does not wish to eat free school meals, but is entitled to them, it's worth applying because for each child entitled to free school meals the Academy could receive funding to help with tuition, resources, coaching and extra assistance. The secondary main meal value is £2.68; Reception to Year 2 UIFSM £2.58 and Years 3 to 6 UPFSM £2.68 in primary phase.
Don't forget, if your child is in Reception to Year 6 they can get their lunchtime meal free of charge as part of the Universal Infant Free School Meal (UIFSM) and Universal Primary Free School Meals (UPFSM) funded by the Mayor of London.
Allergies
If a student has any food allergies or intolerances, students must inform the academy Medical Lead and the Catering Manager, who can provide further information. Food allergen information is labelled in BOLD on all pre-packaged food. Allergen information on all other food products is available from the catering team on request.
