Harris Academy Tottenham Celebrates Best Ever GCSE Results

Celebrations are underway at Harris Academy Tottenham after students received brilliant GCSE results today.

As well as seeing almost 30% of entries resulting in grade 7 or above, 90% of all students received a passing grade in English, with almost 80% achieving this in Maths.

Among those celebrating are Jingtong, who secured ten top grade 9s, and Nadia who achieved 13 GCSEs all with the top grades 8-9. Other successes include:

  • Hannah-Jane, who achieved six grade 9s and four 8s;
  • Astha, who achieved ten grades 8-9;
  • Luana, who achieved five grade 9s and four 8s;
  • Jin-Xian,  who achieved eight grade 9s.

“I am so pleased to see our wonderful students obtaining such excellent and well-deserved GCSE results," said Kanika Forbes, Head of Academy at Harris Academy Tottenham. "Their hard work and dedication has truly paid off and I can’t wait to see how they build on this success in Sixth Form.

“Thank you as always to our fantastic team of staff who have worked tirelessly to support our students throughout their GCSE studies. I know I speak on behalf of all of them in wishing our students the best of luck as they move onto the next stage of their education.”
